You may request a return within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe) if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use, damage, or modification cannot be returned. Custom or clearance items may also be non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
